Customer Service Executive || Bank Industry|| Up to 3K

We are hiring for Customer Service Executive - International Bank (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Basic Salary: RM2600 - RM3000 per month

Working Hours: 8a.m - 11p.m (8 hours rotational shift basis)
Working days: 5 days working, 2 days off (rotational basis)

Job Scope:-

• Answer inbound calls from customer regarding basic banking services, such as account balances and credit card.

Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.

• Assist banking customers who are victims of fraud, theft or identity theft.

Assist customers with replacing lost or stolen credit or debit cards.

Qualifications:

• SPM holder with credit in Maths and English.

Diploma or Degree in any related field.

Requirements:-

• Open to fresh gruaduates and experienced candidates.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• able to work in shift rotational basis.
