Job Description-handling inbound call
- assists customer to solve their problem/issue (Prepaid/postpaid/billing, etc related to U Mobile project)
Days: 5 working days, 2 days off (weekend or weekdays)
Morning
9am-6pm
Evening 3pm-12am
Basic Salary: RM2150 (Non Mandarin)
Allowances: KPI (Up to RM1000) + Shift & OT (RM4-RM10/Day),
Provide annual increment and bonus
