Qualification: Completed with SPM, UEC, ICGSE certificate
Language: Bahasa & English for MY market & Only English speakers for SG Market
Salary - 1900 MYR Basic plus 700 MYR Allowance for Bahasa speakers & 2100 MYR Basic plus 700 Allowance for English Speakers
Location - Johor Bahru.
Job Description:
-Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the companys products
-Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
-Proficiency in English Communication (Speak, Read, Write)
