Shift Allowance : Maximum Capped at RM300.00 (1PM Shift RM20/day and 10PM Shift RM30.00/day)
- Quarter KPI Incentive : Min RM400.00 , Max RM600.00 - (Candidate will get the total amount up to RM1,800.00) on their 4th month)
Language Allowance : RM500.00 (Applicable for Mandarin speaker only) Exceptional handling cases
- Candidates who has more than 1 year in Banking/ e-wallet Contact Centre experience : Basic RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00
Mandarin speakers who has more than 1 year in Banking/ e-wallet Contact Centre experience : Basic RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00
- Mandarin speaker has to be fluent and they will be assessed by the client. If their Mandarin is not solid, they might be offered as normal agent.
- Job Summary: A highly motivated and customer-focused individual which responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to live chat inquiries and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries related to digital banking products and services, and providing excellent customer service.
