Role: Customer Service - English
Location: Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia.
Salary: RM 4,000 + Night shift allowance

Bachelor degree with 1 year of Customer Service experience or Diploma with 2 years of Customer Service experience, SPM with 2 years Customer Service experience.
Good English communication skill (CFER C1 Level)
Job Expectations:
- Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat and Calls.
Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.- Perform all procedures accurately, including following the client's documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
- Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Skills Required:- Excellent command of communication skills and strong command with good English.
