Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal team to manage customer KPI are met.
- Work proactively to exceed customer expectations in conjunction with company business growth.
- Manage customer in term of business and commercial perspective communication & ownership.
- Manage Customer Sales contact and order system management.
- Assist to fulfil Customer specific requirements evaluation.
- Maintaining customer relationship, including customer satisfaction, customer scorecards, customer complaint, warranty etc.
- Assist Project team with execution strategies for product introduction.
- Provide RFQ to existing customer, timely.
- Manage all customer communications, upward and downward through the organization.
- 3 years experiences in EMS with business development or PM background.
- Pleasant personality, team player Self-motivated & result oriented.
- Good in communication skills and interaction with people.
- Willing to work independently and travel upon request.
- Familiar with electronic products and components, specifications and rules of international trade.

- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
