Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support, with a focus on closing sales.
• Handle client inquiries via email, chat, or phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Developing and creating materials related to tours and travel packages.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong interest in or familiarity with Japan.

Previous experience in a travel agency is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PDF).

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

High attention to detail (IMPORTANT!).
