Customer Service cum Logistics Officer

Curas Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of a UK company based in Butterworth. Curas is emerging as a new medical device brand in the world. In line with our expansion plans and to support our worldwide operations; we are seeking capable and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic organization for an exciting career in the below position.

• Customer Service cum Logistics Officer

• Responsibilities

To manage customer orders/enquiries, stock management, logistic coordination and sales support.

• Involve in the whole order processing process, including issuing of Order Confirmation, Quotation, Invoicing, etc.

To manage and provide various sales reports, stock report and customer service analysis report to support management decision-making

• Closely monitor and handle customer inquiries and resolving customer issues.

Research, assessing budgets and select forwarding agents and carriers, shipping methods and route.

• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries from production facilities.

Organize and coordinate with transport company or forwarder for outgoing deliveries to customers in the Europe and the rest of the world.

• Performs tasks according to SOP, guideline and ISO requirements.

• Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Adm., Supply Chain or other related discipline.

• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in customer service or supply chain.

Possess strong analytical, problem solving, organization abilities, and have keen interest to do calculation.

• Service oriented mind set, excellent interpersonal and ability to work effectively with people at all levels and cultures.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot table and V-look up)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
