Customer Service cum Live Host (Malay Speaker).
The
Customer Service cum Live Host (Malay Speaker) will be responsible for:
- Provide prompt and professional customer service via live chat, assist with orders, returns, and exchanges, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Host live streaming sessions to showcase products, answer questions, and engage with the audience while maintaining detailed product knowledge.- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Experience in a customer service / live host role is preferred.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
