A beauty & health company is seeking for
Customer Service cum Live Host (Malay Speaker).
Provide prompt and professional customer service via live chat, assist with orders, returns, and exchanges, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Host live streaming sessions to showcase products, answer questions, and engage with the audience while maintaining detailed product knowledge.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Education in Nutrition background is added advantage.- Experience in a customer service or live host role is preferred.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
