Responsibilities- Able to attend to customer enquiries in a polite and effective manner
Involved in Sales & Operation Support administrative duties (quotation, invoicing)- Data entry into Autocount system (Experience in using Autocount preferred)
Organize and maintain proper office filing and records
Able to communicate in English, clearly and effectively
- Adequate computer skills and knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office is compulsary
Experience in Autocount Accounting System is preferred- 1 year experience in administrative work OR customer service is preferred
