Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Reply to customer messages through online platforms.
  • Provide customers with a good level of service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Handle and address customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer customers inquiries about company's product details and resolve customer's concerns promptly.
  • Update required data in database system.
  • Support general operational tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Diploma or higher
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service is preferred
  • Good in English & Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Proficient in computer operation
  • Good computer skills such as MS Office is an added advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility with your work, positive working attitude and a strong team player
  • Being attentive, proactive and willing to learn
  • Working alternate Saturday
