Customer Service Consultant - Live Chat

Scope of Service/JD:

• Responding to customer users (buyers/sellers) complaints via Live Chat

• Requirements :-

-Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in Customer Services are welcome to apply.

-Prefer ONLY Mandarin Speaker to apply

-Patient and able to handle high volume of chat

• Job info:-

Shift Arrangement : Weekend shifts included &.Monthly Rotation (7am- 4pm /12pm- 9pm).

• Weekend shifts included monthly rotation.

EPF, Socso, EIS, offer letter, payslip, 1 month =1 day of AL - yes we provide

• Training: Virtual

Contract Duration : 6months (extendable)

• Mode of work: Work from Home

• Benefits:-

RM1500 (basic salary) + Shift Allowance + RM300 (Good Attendance Incentives )- prorated applicable with approval required and does not apply for Sick Leave/Unpaid Leave)
