Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Good customer service experience in the beauty industry - beauty salon / clinic

  • Achieve monthly target set by the company - personal target

  • Answering incoming call and reply message

  • Call and schedules appointments

  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner

  • Provide full support on matters related to sales operation

  • To carry out skin/ hair analysis, consultation and excellent services towards customer

  • Handle Customer enquiry and to provide information and assistance

  • Daily routine to check the cleanliness of premises outdoor and indoor

  • Responsible for the daily cash handling

  • Knowledge of Computer Microsoft office (Word, Excel)

  • Provide professional training and career development opportunities

  • Requirements:

  • Possess minimum SPM

  • At least 1 -2 year(s) of working experience in hair salon or related field is required for this position.

  • Familiar with beauty salon operations

  • Good communication skill

  • Highly independent

  • Work passionately in customer service

  • Able to speak and write in languages English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
