Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Solve daily customer enquiries about our products and services.
  • Provide after-sale services to the customers.
  • Hit monthly targeted sale amount.
  • Work with brand executive and marketing strategist.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field (E-Commerce, After-Sale Customer Service, Product Consultant)
  • Required language(s): Mandarin & English
  • Positive attitude, able to work in a team
  • Adaptable to change, able to find alternate solution and capable to face new challenges
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to find solution in unexpected challenges
  • Demonstrated leadership skill in driving teamwork excellence
  • Able to work 6 days
