We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to customers, inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

• Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, or through online channels.

• Handle inquiries and after sales service.

Requests efficiently and professionally.

• Process transactions accurately and manage customer accounts.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve complex issues.

Provide product information and support as needed.

• Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Friendly, patient and customer-oriented attitude.
