Job Description

JOB VACANCY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT SUPPORT!! (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Location: KL SENTRAL

Basic salary: RM4500 RM5000

KPI allowance: RM300
  • Working hours:

Monday Sunday

Rotational shift (1 shift = 9 hours including 1 hour break)
  • Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via chat, email, and an in-app messaging in a professional manner.

Escalate the customer's issues to higher level whenever necessary.

Maintaining high standard of professionalism, quality and discipline always and adhering to assigned schedule.

Maintain sustainable relationships with the customers
  • Requirements:

18 years and above with SPM/UEC/IGSCE certificates.

Have experience in customer service

Required language: SIMPLIFIED CHINESE and ENGLISH*.

Willing to work during public holiday and weekends.
