Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Cantonese Voice and Non-Voice)

Fluent in Cantonese (spoken)

Manage customer queries via social media and email- Become a product expert to assist customers with the best solutions
Deliver high-end customer service to clients
- Actively engage on social media to understand customer concerns
Basic understanding of PC & mobile device troubleshooting
- Experience in email and social media support
1 to 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year in tech support preferred- Willingness to work shifts from 9 am to 9 pm, including weekends
5 working days,
2 days off (40 hours per week)
- 100% onsite work in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (no hybrid mode)
Local Malaysian candidates only
Diploma or Graduation degree Open to SPM candidates with work experience
