Your new role
  • Attend to calls, emails, and live chats.
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
  • Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.
Effectively manage large volumes of incoming calls.
  • Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.
  • Adhere to the company's service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
