Job Description

Customer Service Representative
  • Samsung Authorized Service Center, (Head Office) Sri Petaling.
(One Mobile Care SDN BHD)
  • Responsibilities
. Handle customer service
  • Answer/handle phone customer
Create/Open job
  • Perform various data entry
  • Requirement
Minimum SPM
  • Speak Malay & English
Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
Fresh grads are encourage to apply
  • Experience in customer service is a huge advantages

SHIFT MORNING : 10AM - 7PM

SHIFT NOON : 12PM - 9PM
(6DAYS 1DAY OFF)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
