Job Description

Location: Medini Nusajaya
  • 6 days work.
  • Able to do rolling shift

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls relating enquiries and complain.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers.

Requirements
  • At Lease SPM or any equivalent or highest qualification.
 Willing to work on rotational shift & weekend & Public Holiday.
  • Able to speak FLUENT in English & Bahasa
Mandarin speaking is an advantage. (Not compulsory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,
  • 00 per month
