Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales over the phone.
Maintain good customer relationships with existing and potential customers- Provide correct information about the company, product, services rendered, cost, and charges (if any) throughout the conversation.
Ensure that customers are treated with courtesy and are highly valued.
- Reach out to leads as necessary to inquire about and update the status of sales, payments, and financial/banking details related to the application.
Update customer information in the database, keep records of calls, and sales, and note any useful information.- attend any Customer Experience Department meeting, discussion, training, etc. as and when required.
Refer to Superior in the event of any potential issues or business risks while dealing with potential leads.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by management from time to time
Candidate possesses Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field related preferred.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Familiar in sales reports and sales records.- Communication and negotiation skills.
Patient and friendly personality.
- Can speak both Bahasa and English well.
