- Respond to customer enquires/complaints within 2 hours.
- Achieves satisfactory customer satisfaction index.
- Submit service exception reports to BIC within 48 working hours.
- Ensure completion of special projects/task.
- Check/classify and verify all pending from dispatch rider.
- Ensure all informations are updated into system.
- Make arrangement for urgent consignment.
- Check and handle all major A/C document.
- Follow all ISO procedures and requirement.
- Monitoring all Pre alert document and ADC card.
- Check and revert back all email to origin.
- Answer telephone call within 3 rings.
- Acceptance of incoming shipment.
- Attending to customer request and questionnaires.
- Attend to walk in customer at the counter.
