Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • 1. **Online Customer Support**: - Provide quick and accurate system and business consultation services to customers using online tools.
  • 2. **After-sales Support**: - Handle after-sales customer service, assist with implementation responses, and address user inquiries.
  • 3. **Feedback Collection**: - Collect user feedback to improve service and product offerings.
  • 4. **Issue Classification and Documentation**: - Categorize user issues, create common Q&A documents, and continuously improve them.
  • 5. **Ad-hoc Tasks**: - Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • 1. **Customer Service Awareness**: - Strong customer service awareness with the ability to solve problems from the user's perspective.
  • 2. **Flexibility and Communication**: - Compliant with arrangements, good at communication and coordination, and able to work under pressure.
  • 3. **Diligence and Team Spirit**: - Hardworking, dedicated, responsible, and a team player.
  • 4. **Basic Computer Skills**: - Proficiency in basic computer operations.
  • 5. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in e-commerce customer service and proficiency in mandarin are preferred.
