Job Description

Badcave Training Facility and Exclusive Fitness was established by our CEO/Director, Mr. Murad Zaidi in 2007 and our establishment has successfully provided countless possibilities and opportunities to employees over the years who needed employment. Our clients consist of royal families, celebrities, athletes, VIP's, CEO's and entrepreneurs to name a few. We are pleased to provide numerous platforms and experiences to who join our company for their career.

Responsibilities:


-Welcome, greet and register visitors, vendors, clients, candidates, customers and inform appropriate personnel.

-Check visitors/guests/vendors/contractor google sheet & physical logbook record of clients signing in and out of the office regularly.

-Manage, monitor, and ensure reception, rear entrances of the building area & whole office are clean, tidy and projects a business-like image always.

-Handle incoming calls, determine purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel.

-Act as a point of contact internally, externally & emergency situations

-Assist in booking system.

-Assist other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, faxing, and scanning.

-Ensure washroom have sufficient toilet paper & hand soap.

-Provide other clerical and administrative support as required by manager & supervisor.

-Assist visitors (suppliers, vendors, contractors) /guess on registration.

-Other clerical work required by manager.

-Actively follow up with prospective customers and persuade client to signed up to be gym member.

-Ensure that individual monthly sales target is achieved.

-Reply to customer messages through online platforms.

-Provide customers with a good level of service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

-Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.

-Handle and address customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Answer customers inquiries about company's product details and resolve customers concerns promptly.

-Update required data in database system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
