Job Description

Requirements
  • Able to start immediately
Min. STPM/Diploma holders (fresh graduates) are also encouraged to apply
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (read, written, and spoken)
Mandarin speaker is added advantage
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications,
Pass pre-phone interview & written assessments
  • Responsibility

Job scope:
  • Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)
Handle incoming customer enquiries over the telephone
  • Able to handle incoming customer enquiries over the digital channels (e.g. Emails, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) or handle walk-in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service.
Identify cause of problems and recommend solutions

Working Shift:
  • 8:00AM - 12:00AM
8 working hour daily in rotational shift basis
  • 5 working days weekly in rotational shift basis

Remuneration Package:
  • Salary range: RM3000++
Basic salary: RM2,
  • 00 (Fixed) / RM2,350.00 (Fixed)
  • KPI allowance: Maximum RM1000.00 (performance based)
Shift allowance (depends on working shift)
  • OT allowance (If applicable)
Annual Increment (Based on performance)
  • Annual Bonus (Based on performance)

Location:
  • Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi Kuala Lumpur
Nearby Imbi monorail station

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,150.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
