We are hiring for Customer Service Associate (E-commerce platform)
Location: Bangsar South.
Salary: RM2300 - RM2500
Attendance allowance: RM200
Working hours: 8 AM - 11P.M (Rotational shift basis)
Working days: 5 days working, 2 days off (rotational)
Job description:-
- Assisting customers via inbound call, chat and email handling related to eCommerce process and products.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.- Answering customer questions via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly and professionally.
Requirements:-- Candidates with Customer Service Experience (inbound call) will have an added advantage.
Fresh Graduates may apply, provided they have good communication skills in English.
