Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Receive customer calls and accurately input orders into the system
  • Identify customer needs and ensure clear communication to related internal departments
  • Maintain existing customer base through effective customer service skills.
  • Foster solid working relationships with other departments and customers, and follow through with customer request.
  • Proper filling of related documents
  • Notify customers of any activities that may result in late delivery.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
