We are currently looking for the position of Customer Service Assistant.
- Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries and convert leads into sales
- Provide satisfactory service to customers, introduce the services offered by the company, make customers aware of our value, emphasize the importance of maintaining health for continued well-being, and assist in encouraging customers to entrust their health to us.
- Generate invoices for customers
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Handle back up for assessment records
- Filing of customer profile and schedule appointments
- To participate in various marketing activities such as in house event
- To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback
- To maintain cleanliness, equipment and environment of common areas
- Ad hoc task assigned by the superior
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience
- Good personality, a team player and willing to learn
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Training will be provided
