  • Ruyi Holdings Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company in 2006, Ruyi provides cellular therapy and supplements under the brand name of ZLL-V. We are first Malaysian healthcare company to introduce cellular therapy from Germany & Switzerland.

We are currently looking for the position of Customer Service Assistant.
  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries and convert leads into sales

  • Provide satisfactory service to customers, introduce the services offered by the company, make customers aware of our value, emphasize the importance of maintaining health for continued well-being, and assist in encouraging customers to entrust their health to us.

  • Generate invoices for customers

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information

  • Handle back up for assessment records

  • Filing of customer profile and schedule appointments

  • To participate in various marketing activities such as in house event

  • To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback

  • To maintain cleanliness, equipment and environment of common areas

  • Ad hoc task assigned by the superior

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience

  • Good personality, a team player and willing to learn

  • Positive mindset

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

  • Training will be provided

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
