Other tasks relating to customer service.- Assisting in sales gallery events and roadshow.
Prepare and maintain proper records and files of all purchasers including the records in the developers system.
- Assist in Vacant Possession and Key Handover process.
Coordinate with and arrange for customers signing of sales documentations.- Attend to customers and provide sales advice.
Assist in sales administration work.
- Assisting day-to-day operation in sales gallery.
Attend to cleaners and suppliers as to upkeep the gallery.- Assist in marketing collateral for the project.
Assist in marketing study for the project.
- Assist and monitor of external Sales Agencies appointment documentation.
Attend to sales and customer enquiries for designated projects.- Any other duties assigned by Head of Department from time to time.
This position may be required to work on weekends, and other non-standard work hours as needed.
