Job Description

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for handling customer complaints and inquiries, further performing product repair coordination with Technicians as well as Factory personnel to resolve the customers issues. We are currently seeking for Customer Service Assistant to be part of our Indoor Service Team, to be based at our CKE Holdings Warehouse (Jalan Chan Sow Lin).
  • Responsibilities:
Handle Indoor Service customer complaints and product repairs coordination for customers.
  • Attend to customers complaints or inquiries tactfully and professionally.
Liaise with Indoor Service Technician and Factory personnel regarding repair status/progress including parts order and its availability.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, feedback and the repair status or readiness.
Maintains a proper filing and document trace system for the department.
  • Any other duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time.
  • Requirements:
Must be willing to work at CKE Holdings Warehouse, Jalan Chan Sow Lin (Kuala Lumpur).
  • Possess an SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Multitasking ability, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Responsible and able to work under minimum supervision.
Well-versed in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidates relevant experience.1 Full-time position available.
  • Working Schedule:
5-Days Working per Week (Monday Friday).
  • Normal Working Hours (
  • 00 am 6.00 pm with 1-hour Rest/ Breaktime)
Off Day Saturday, Rest Day Sunday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
