Objective:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various sales-related documents, supporting the sales team in multiple aspects, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with our clients. Your positive attitude and helpful demeanor will be crucial in maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment.
Process all sales-related documents, including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and Excel spreadsheets. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation and handling of all documentation.
- Support the sales team such as order processing, returns, exchanges, sample preparation, maintaining customer databases, lead generation, and preparing quality documents.

- Prior experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous.
Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
Possess a diploma or equivalent or above qualification.
