- To conduct and compile patient surveys. Ensure all feedback and grievances from customers are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- To be knowledgeable in clarifying the AHNS patient care system and provide excellent customer services & patient support for Aurelius Hospital Negeri Sembilan patients/survivors/customers.
- Creating a positive experience for patients at Aurelius Hospital Negeri Sembilan involves educating them on the value of their care and alleviating their fears before and during treatment.
- Assist in other departments where and when necessary, including but not limited to providing chaperon, porter, and translation service and to assist planning, organising and executing festive decorations aligned with the national festive season.
- In charged of the patient lounge, telephone operator and ensure a smooth call system. Monitor all incoming and outgoing calls to prevent abandoned calls.
- Adhere to and always uphold the Patient & Family Rights and Responsibilities (PFRR) in handling patients and their families.
- Take part in all quality and safety-related initiatives and contribute towards the continuous improvement of the hospital.
- To prepare for any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the management and executive.
- To comply with the safety policies.
