Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat- Identifying customer needs and help
Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions with accuracy
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Monitor customers payments- Assists to prepare Quotation
Assists to prepare invoice
- Abilities to work on Saturday or PH (with addition pay)
