- Working days : 4 days a week and 3 off days
Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Job scope: Handle inbound calls and email enquiries.
Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email enquiries
- Records & answer to customer inquiries
Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries
Monthly salary up to RM3,000 (Allowances included)Annual leave 16 days per annum
EPF, SOCSO & EIS would be contributed
