Key Responsibilities:- Perform customer service duty and follow up on Whatsapp business and Whastapp call
Liaise with therapists for availability, bookings and any issues- Sales to clients and leads
Data entry and update to internal CRM
Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Preferable Diploma or bachelor in any relevant field
Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively convey information and respond to inquiries
Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (speaking, writing, reading)
- Experience working with Whatsapp and CRM tools is a plus
Fresh graduate will also be considered.
