Customer Service Agent

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform customer service duty and follow up on Whatsapp business and Whastapp call
Liaise with therapists for availability, bookings and any issues
  • Sales to clients and leads
Data entry and update to internal CRM
  • Update website CMS
  • Requirements:
Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
  • Preferable Diploma or bachelor in any relevant field
Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively convey information and respond to inquiries
Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Experience working with Whatsapp and CRM tools is a plus
Fresh graduate will also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
