Job Description

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Monitor channel manager for new reservations.
Contact the guest to provide check-in details.
  • Attend to guests enquiries via WhatsApp, OTA's messaging, social media messaging
Work closely with each properties supervisors to ensure smooth check-ins and outs.
  • Overseeing reservation activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
