Location: Jaya One Position: Customer Service
You will be responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and professional manner.
You will need to always maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring that the customer feels values and their concerns are addressed promptly.
Strong communication skills are key in this role, whether it be via phone, email, chat, or in person.
You will be required to accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed records of any issues or resolutions.
Problem-solving skills are essential, as you may need to think quickly on your feet to resolve issues to the customers satisfaction.
Collaboration with other team members and departments may also be necessary to ensure seamless customer service across all touchpoints.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging customers.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Masters Degree.
