Position Title: Customer Service Advisor
- Onboarding Date Required: 29th April 2024
- Language Requirement: Mandarin (Native) + English (B2) + Malay (Average if possible)
- Working hrs:
- 00am - 9.00pm shift (5 working days per week including weekend)
- Remuneration package offering: RM4000 Basic + KPI Allowance up to RM300 per month
- Skills requirement: Basic communication and have basic troubleshooting skills on electronic devices. Preferable candidate who are familiar with basic operation of mobile phones or any other electronic products.

Education Requirement: Only Diploma / Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering and related field._
Provide technical support and advise verbally in terms of mobile phones, laptop, speakers, earphones, apps store etc to customers/users _
(purely customer service, not in deep of technical support/IT Helpdesk job)._
- This position will be handling chat inquiries via _client's e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada) and official website. _Call is required sometimes as backup.
Candidate is expected to provide guideline step by step to our users to assist them solve the issue and close case. Example as per shown below:
Customer asking: _May i know how to download apps on my phone

CS must provide guideline step by step such as answer below:
_Exp: Needs to open the apps store first > login your email & password > search apps name in the store > agree with T&C > download the apps.
