Handles and manage the day-to-day operation of the academy
Respond promptly to customers enquiries across all channels (including Email, Voice Call & WhatsApp).
Attend to customers over the counter and process program/lesson registration, payment, lesson schedule and other administrative procedures.
Assist customers on their needs and query for programs, lessons or any other centre related matters and attend to their needs during their visit to the centre for good and smooth experiences.
Always identify and assess customers needs to achieve higher satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Ensure the centre facilities & operation are in tip top condition for the comfort and safety of the customers.
Remain up-to-date on all promotions, product launches, and events. Assist with all promotion and marketing campaign.
Decorate centre facilities according to festive calendar.
Manage centre utilities, track record, forms and marketing materials, office supplies, document filing and any related task.
Liaise with contractor/supplier for work and supplies required for the centre's upkeeping.
To prepare operation reports and documents filing.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Positive working attitudes, self-motivated, highly responsible.
Good administrative and communication skills.
Proficiency in major languages.
Strong in planning, organizing skills, innovative and creative.
Proficient in basic computer and Microsoft Office.
Able to work on weekend and rotational shift basis.
Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
