Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work with the Customer Relationship Manager to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM
  • 00 - RM1,000.00 per month
