Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via SMS and calls to ensure timely service appointments, optimizing the service center's capacity planning for seamless operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers through active listening and personalized interactions.
- Handle customer concerns, analyze root causes, and implement improvement activities.
- Maintain an updated customer database while adhering to data protection regulations, ensuring accurate records for effective communication and service delivery.
- Conduct follow-up calls after service or repairs to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties that may be delegated by the Aftersales Manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent Telephony, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional languages being a plus.
- Presentable, pleasant, and well-groomed appearance, reflecting the professionalism of our brand.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
