Job Description

Overview:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Address concerns, collaborate with teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


Act as a link between customers and internal teams.

Meet daily calls KPI.

Identify up-selling opportunities. (Commission base)

Analyze feedback for improvements.

Monitor accounts and ensure accurate billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Expected Start Date: 08/01/2024
