Roles & Responsibilities- Attend to customers - both walk-in and appointments at the branch and engage and establish rapport with customers during waiting time
Follow up with customers via calls e.g. reminder calls on their appointment, follow-up calls with customers on hearing aids usage, KIV cases, birthday wishes etc.- Responsible for administrative duties, such as invoicing, payment and tax refunds
Assist Audiologists/ Audiometrician in conducting diagnostics tests
- Manage diagnostics test reports - scan, mail / send out, record and reports maintenance
Follow up on repairs and collection- Responsible for maintaining the branchs image and cleanliness
Manage daily clinic operations, cash flow and branch target
- Ensure stock availability and replenish as necessary
Daily input of sales reports
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia & above
Some experience in retail sales or in healthcare. Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Friendly and able to engage with customers at all levels
- This position is entitled to sales commission based on sales achievement
