Understand customer's needs, inquiries and provide necessary information to Japanese Speaking clients.- Manage insurance related task, including quotations, policies, invoice, payment
Handle health screening related matters including arranging screenings, invoice, payments.
- Provide support in medical services, insurance and health screening.
Collaborate with internal sales team to coordinate and facilitate smooth sales process.
Requirements:- Diploma in any discipline.
2-3 years customer service support / sales support experience.
- Independent, good communication skills.
