Job Description

Title : Customer Relation Admin Coordinator (PH)

Location : Taman Perindustrian I-Park SAC, Senai JB

working Days : 5 days ( Mon-Fri)

Nature of Business :Established construction company

Salary Range: RM2500-RM4000

Responsibilities:


-To assist on planning Sales & Marketing schedule and activities of the company.
-To carry out necessary Sales & Marketing activities as planned/instructed within the timeframe stipulated.
-To participate in any Sales & Marketing activities including group visits, presentations, networking sessions, sales talk, roadshows/trade missions, etc.
-To liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.
-To keep track on all necessary stocks records and to update if new order/placement is needed on timely/weekly basis.
-To prepare necessary sales brochures/goodie bags for any visitors and to provide relevant Sales & Marketing services i.e. products presentation, site tour, etc., based on the enquiries made.
-To follow up and attend to customers request, compiling and reporting feedback during handing over process and after completion of the project on timely basis.
-To gather customers feedback, analysis and propose constructive/effective solution to address customers needs.
-To prepare and submit report on existing customers and new customers feedback to HOD on timely/monthly basis.
-To request (if any) prepare and issue Notice of VP with Statement of Account and Invoice to customer.
-To request handing over document from relevant department and compile them for handing over to customer.
-To proceed on inspection and handing over of the completed units to customers together with sales & marketing and project/contract personnel in charge.
-To monitor on defect works done status and put into records for both internal and customers safe references.
-To cultivate and maintain good long-term relationship with existing customers, keeping customers well informed and updated on latest project development.
-To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the head of department/ management.

Requirements:


-Minimum 1 year experience from related industry field and/or sales & marketing planning and activities and/or customer relations/services.
-Minimum Diploma/Degree holder from Business Administration/ Real Estate/Property --Management/Marketing and related industry
-Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month

    Schedule:

    * Monday to Friday
