About the Role
For channels engagement and provide product launch, post-launch and on-going product marketing & activation support, which include working with the respective Product & Proposition Team Lead to gather on-ground feedback, conduct focus groups discussions, develop product marketing contents and sales tools.
To work closely with APAc (training team in Agency) to provide additional product briefing and support product training as product subject matter expert when needed.
To work with the Proposition teams (Total Health Solution and Total Wealth Solution) as well as Activation team in Product Solutions Agile Tribe to closely monitor product performance, strategize and launch activation programs and activities to meet the Tribe's quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-going engagement with key stakeholders i.e. distribution channels, life planners & bank partners to gather product feedback, understand their needs, as well as plan and execute the necessary actions to support the product buy-in.
- Plan, design, and monitor closely a timely roll-out of the agreed sales tools to support the identified product(s). Ensure the understanding and better buy-in from the distributors on the sales tools developed.
- Work with the respective Product & Proposition Team Lead to enhance the existing marketing materials or the sales tools as needed to improve the effectiveness of the materials.
- Responsible (with support from the respective Product & Proposition Team Lead) to gather market intelligence, perform product competitive analysis, design the product competitiveness materials and share it with the distribution teams to help support sales.
- Provide ideas/inputs pertaining to products, product concepts, market trends, for new products/product enhancements consideration.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education- Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science (highly preferred) or Marketing.
- Experience- Preferably with minimum 8 years of relevantworking experience in the insurance industry, combination of product development, product marketing, channel marketing and training.
- Other skills- Strong presentation skill and interpersonal skill Results-oriented Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (in written and spoken) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical skills & business acumen Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects Confident, proactive and good leadership skills.
