fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job scope: Handle outbound calls and email enquiries.
Deal directly with customers via outbound calls and email enquiries
- Records & answer to customer inquiries
Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries- Modify the details in the system as per requests.
Monthly salary up to
RM3,000 (included allowance) Annual leave 16 days
per annum- EPF, SOCSO & EIS would be contributed
