Ideal candidates: - Malaysian citizens only
SPM is the minimum requirement or equivalent, further education is a plus- Able to speak, read and write in both Mandarin & EnglishAt least 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Call Centre
Proficient in managing multi-channel operations, including phone, email and live-chat.
