Customer Experience Bootcamp - October to December 2024

We are currently holding our inaugural Customer Experience BootCamp where you will learn:

• Hon your communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Speak to real customers from all walks of life and enjoy doing it along the way
• Learn insider tips and tricks to handle irate and angry customers
• 9 hours of fun a day, 5 days a week (including weekends where it's more relaxed too!)
• Paid Bootcamp..yes, you read it right. You are paid to join this bootcamp!

Ideally you should have basic communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to handle any workload given with professionalism and efficiency. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in the job market. Fresh Grads and Retirees are strongly encouraged to apply!

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Basic communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Shows interest with customer service software and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and at least one other language is a plus
